All of our technical teams are trained in relevant manual handling procedures, working to continuously optimise servicing and maintenance practices.

Forum Print have partnered with Lexmark, Ricoh, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, OEM and Laserfast to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service available. Our strict vendor service agreements along with our long-term relationships enable us to service devices across Australia and New Zealand. These agreements are reviewed and monitored on a regular basis to ensure our level of service is above that of our competitors.

Preventative Maintenance and Reporting

Forum Print’s proactive approach through preventative maintenance programs and automated reporting allows us the visibility to identify potential issues before they occur. Our automated alerts provide us with tight thresholds for consumables, parts and incidences. Installation, Implementation and Training

Forum Print offers support throughout all stages of a solution’s implementation. Forum Print will facilitate a full project plan comprising of nationwide installation, staff training and support. User training is provided during the installation process and can be arranged on an on-going basis or as required.
